Daria is inspired by a desire to help others find balance, personal awareness and restoration. This led her into what she finds to be complimentary healing arts. She completed her 200hr Yoga teacher training with Yoga Works in 2010 and her 200hr Mantra Teacher Training with Rajeshwari Gretchen Carmel in 2017. She has additionally studied Restorative Yoga with Jillian Pransky and Judith Lasater. Daria’s interest in energy work led to her initiation into Jin Shin Jystu in 2012, which she is currently pursuing further through her enrollment in the 200hr Jin Shin Jyustu Professional Practitioners Course. She is fascinated with this lifelong practice’s ability to create deeper states of relaxation and reflect the inner and outer energetic flows of life. Daria is additionally a Reiki Master, having received her first attunement in 2008.

Daria also lovingly creates exquisite Malas (prayer beads) which can be used for Mantra Japa (the recitation of sacred Sanskrit words) or to wear as spiritual jewelry.
